Museologist is now Steam Deck Verified

Good news, museologists! Valve has reviewed Museologist: Tidy Up the Museum! and the game is now officially Steam Deck Verified, so you can play it on the Deck with full controller support right out of the box.

Co-op is in the works

We're working on a co-op mode so you can restore the museum together with a friend. We think carrying swords and polearms around the museum will be a lot more fun with your friends.

Easy, Normal and Hard modes are on the way

We know a lot of you play Museologist to relax, and Easy mode is meant to keep it that way. If you'd rather have a real challenge, Hard mode will make you work for every restored piece.

Tell us what you want next

Co-op, the difficulty modes and future content are all still taking shape, so now is a good time to tell us what you'd like to see.

• What would you want to do together in co-op?

• What should Easy and Hard mode change?

• Which exhibits, rooms or collections should we add next?

Leave your ideas in the comments or join us on Discord. We read every comment and every review you leave on Steam, and we're truly grateful for all the kind words.

Your Steam reviews mean a lot to us. They help more players find Museologist, and we read every one of them. Seeing what you write about the game, and knowing that people are spending hours having fun in the museum, makes us really happy.

Thank you for playing, and see you in the museum!
