Cordon tool is now initialized with a 128х128х128 box, not a point.
"Enable Cordon" button now affects 2D and 3D viewports; this new behaviour can be disabled in a config (ApplyCordonInViews=false).
"Draw Sizing Info" brackets are now dimmed and drawn using a dashed line; they can also be completely disabled in a config (DrawSizingBrackets=false).
Fixed not working right Alt in russian keyboard layout (e.g. now you can open Object Properties by Alt+Enter).
