New
- Warehouse rat. Once a day, while you're up front, a rat sneaks into the warehouse and starts gnawing a box of food or drink stock. Hear it, get back there, and walk in to scare it off, or it ruins the box. (You'll meet it on Day 1 the first time you open the warehouse door.)
- Ruined stock. A box the rat gets to becomes (Destroyed). It can only be thrown out: no opening, pouring, re-shelving, or selling.
- Guided first sale. On Day 1, Cornell can optionally walk you through a full transaction step by step: read the slip, grab the items, tray them, and ring up the exact total at the terminal.
- Cell harmonica. A playable harmonica in your cell. Press E to raise it, slide across notes with A/D or the 1-8 keys, and hold to sustain. Just for fun.
- Simplified Chinese language added, so you now have German, Japanese, and Simplified Chinese, selectable in Settings.
- New Warehouse page in the in-game handbook.
Improvements & Fixes
- Harmonica hands now stay locked to the instrument when you look around.
- Localization and CJK font rendering fixes (Japanese and Chinese drop-shadows, and up-close world text).
- Removed a debug order print that spammed the log, and fixed a customer name placeholder.
