What this is
You are a censor in a nameless war.
Two people who have never met write to each other, and every letter passes across your desk before it reaches the other one. Your job is straightforward and it is written down: strike out what a soldier must not know.
But these two have nothing except the letters. A line you black out is not edited — it is gone from the relationship, and you are the only person alive who read it.
Then the letters begin, impossibly, to answer your pen.
How it plays
- You read every letter, then decide what survives it. The ink is permanent.
- What you take changes what they can say next — and what they believe about each other.
- Six endings. None of them is the one where you did the job correctly and nothing happened.
- Around three hours. No combat, no timers, no fail state. Ten languages at launch.
When
Dear Nobody releases on 11 November 2026. A free demo — the first three chapters — goes up on 8 October, and if you would rather be told than remember, the wishlist button does that for you.
Thank you for being here this early. It is a quiet game about a quiet job, and it is better with people reading over its shoulder.
