Type Royale is ready for launch! Type faster to drive your rocket higher while mistakes damage your ship and slow your climb.

• Added Type Royale, an entirely new typing-powered Battle Royale mode featuring NASA missions, space facts, lunar transmissions, and stories from Ashlee’s adventures.

• Added the Type Royale Hub with Solo Practice, Quick Match, Host Friends, and dedicated leaderboards.

• Quick Match searches for real pilots, then fills the 100-pilot field with bots after 60 seconds.

• Added live rivals, placement tracking, overtakes, character-gap readouts, rocket ascent, visible damage, and a scrolling space-flight background.

• Text is presented sentence by sentence, revealing more as you advance through each transmission.

• Added separate Keyboard and Controller Letterboard divisions for fair competition.

• Added dedicated Type Royale Steam leaderboards for Keyboard and Controller pilots.

• Endurance scoring update: explosions and timeouts now bank your progress instead of invalidating the run.

• Every result displays the attempt you just played, including progress score, WPM, accuracy, errors, altitude, placement, and flight time.

• Steam only synchronizes a result when it beats your all-time personal best. Lower attempts remain visible in local history without replacing your Steam record.

• Added rocket engine audio, takeoff effects, speed-responsive engine sound, damage alerts, explosions, and the full gameplay music playlist.

• Added and expanded Steam achievement support.

• Improved split-screen support for two Xbox, PlayStation, or mixed controllers, plus keyboard-and-controller combinations.

• Improved full-controller navigation, intro skipping, virtual pilot-tag entry, post-run menu actions, and controller-disconnect handling.

Thanks for flying with us—and good luck reaching the top of the Type Royale rankings!
