Hello everyone,

with the latest update, we released a lot of technical changes and improvements. Now we’d like to collect your feedback in a more focused way, so we’re starting a short feedback survey as a call to action: if you notice any issues while playing, please report them directly using the in game Report Tool.

Why the Report Tool?

Your report goes straight to our developers and includes the information we need for analysis. This helps us investigate and fix issues faster, without having to ask additional follow up questions first.

How to report an issue

You can open the Report Tool by pressing F1 on your keyboard. After that, you can enter details about the problem. Please be as specific as possible, for example the location, the situation, when it happened, and what exactly occurred. If you can also describe how to reproduce the issue, that helps a lot.

Technical topics are welcome too

Even if a technical problem isn’t clearly caused by The Bus, we still want to hear about it. Sharing what you’re seeing can help us narrow down the cause or suggest possible workarounds.

Performance note

The Bus and Berlin are built with a high level of detail, so not every system will be able to achieve the same level of performance. In many cases, performance drops can also be influenced by system specific factors such as drivers, background processes, shader cache, settings, or other software.

Technical support

If you need direct support or want to open a ticket, you can reach our support team here: https://support.tml-studios.de

Thanks for your support and for every single report. It really helps us keep improving The Bus.
