Devlog #1 — September 1–15, 2026
Hey everyone!
The goal is to give you a closer look behind the scenes, showcase newly implemented features, and document how the game evolves over time.
For this first devlog, let’s look back at everything completed between September 1 and September 15, 2026: new areas, gameplay improvements, the creation of the airlock, new traps, and several visual and audio overhauls.
LEVEL DESIGN & GAMEPLAY
Lighting and gameplay readability improvements;
Creation of two new areas;
First playable 10-minute version;
Improvements to the movement game feel.
SYSTEMS & MECHANICS
Integration of the new protagonist;
Design and implementation of the airlock, including the bulb crusher, activation console, and other features still in development;
3D design and implementation of three traps synchronized with the player’s heartbeat.
VISUAL DIRECTION & AUDIO
Visual and audio overhaul of the rising blood;
Creation of a new original theme composed specifically for the game.
These two weeks marked an important milestone for the project, resulting in the first playable 10-minute version and several new systems that are beginning to give the game its true identity.
The airlock and some of its features are still in development, but the foundation is now firmly in place. The next step will be to complete these systems, continue building the next areas, and bring more polish to the overall experience.
See you soon for Devlog #2!
