Beat the game on Gold and something new unlocks.

Platinum is a new endless mode. It begins like any other run — three white belts at Green Pastures — but the platforms are moving faster than you're used to, and when you finally clear Cloud Heaven there is no win screen. Instead, the biomes loop around again with even faster platform speed. You keep the belts you earned on the way. The run ends when you finally run out of belts.

Platinum isn't scored. Instead, you're ranked by how many biomes you clear before the run ends, on a global leaderboard of its own, and there's a new achievement for making it all the way round once.

Once unlocked, Platinum becomes the mode Tumly starts in — you can switch back under Settings ▸ Game at any time.

This gameplay addition was suggested by a player who had finished the game on Gold and wanted something more to chase. Keep the suggestions coming.
