Excuse the delay but setting this up has been a nightmare.
All the owners of Tokyo Warfare that got the game from its release till the Tokyo Warfare Turbo release, do now have a license granted for:
---> Tokyo Warfare Turbo
---> DLC-Skin Editor
Theese should appear in your library, if not check the store page:
