A bunch of random fixes:
- added another experimental patch for UI scaling issue at higher resolutions (4K), affecting mostly in-game (during map) UI
- entering upgrade selection now pauses the game instead of heavily slowing it down
- added "mps" to speed indicator
- fixed some other smaller UI issues
