Church UI Fix

- Fixed the close button in the Church panel. It now closes the entire Church panel correctly instead of only hiding the button itself.
- Fixed the Pray tab in the Church menu. The church image now appears correctly when Pray is selected.
- Temporarily limited hometown selection when starting a new game to Rostock and Stettin only.
- Improved consistency of several Church panel UI transitions.
