Fixed a bug that caused players to start with 0 HP.
Fixed a bug that prevented resting from working.
Fixed a bug that blew out the bust limit.
Fixed already-bought items being clickable.
Fixed the 'delete all data' button in options menu.
FEATURES / QUALITY-OF-LIFE
Made the options menu available during a run (icon in top-right or ESC).
Added new tower sprites to the tower select screen.
