Rewrote placeholder dialogue for conversation system. (Some still exists.)

Reduced janky-ness of new conversation system. It's far from perfect, but is performing much better than previous tests. Further refinement with build 7.

Added FPS counter to main game & re-organized main menu to help read-ability.

Finished 99% of compliance system hook-ups into main conversation system.

Centralized dialogue options for ease of expansion later.
