Macht 1.1.1 - Planets & Surfaces

Planets got a real climate model. Instead of one green sphere with different
weather, surfaces are now built from 13 biomes driven by temperature and
moisture.
- Deserts, built from scratch: mesas, buttes, dry riverbeds, cliffs and cacti.
- Real coastlines. Almost all land used to sit above 1 km, so beaches basically
did not exist. Land now uses an Earth-like elevation range.
- A new forest replaces the old rainforest: 94 new plants, a much denser floor,
and light that filters down through the canopy the way it should.
- Surfaces load about three times faster (55.9s to 17.0s).
- Spanish is fully translated.
- Fixed: the cursor could disappear and never come back.
