You're one of the first people to ever play VoidCraft, and that genuinely means a lot to us.
So, what is this? VoidCraft is a space-strategy game in the spirit of the old browser empires like OGame, rebuilt for now. You start with a single planet in a near-empty galaxy and you grow from there: mine your worlds, research technology, build fleets, and send them out to scout, trade, colonise, raid, or defend. It all runs in real time on one shared, always-on galaxy, next to everyone else playing. There are no turns and no pause button. While you sleep, your mines keep running and your neighbours keep moving.
We're a small team, and the game is genuinely early. You're flying these first cycles in a tight group while we build fast and fix things out in the open. Some of it is rough. Some of it will change next week. We'd rather you saw that honestly than have us pretend it's finished.
A few things worth knowing before you start:
The galaxy is shared and never stops. Universes run side by side, and each one gets a fresh Big Bang every 12 to 18 months, so nobody's lead lasts forever and new players always have a real shot.
Play it however you like. Get rich on the Galactic Trade Centre, dig in behind a wall of defences, run espionage and hacks, or build a war fleet and go take what you want. Alliances make all of it bigger.
It's free, and it stays fair. No pay-to-win, not now, not ever. Anything we ever sell is cosmetic.
If you hit a bug or something looks wrong, tell us in Discord #bug-reports. We read every report, and it drops straight into our queue so we can chase the fix instead of losing it in an inbox.
Thanks for being here this early. It really does shape what VoidCraft becomes. Now go build something.
