Asian server is now back to normal! We'm so sorry!
----- Previous notice -----
Hello everyone, this is the Troubleshooter development team.
We've received the report that is about the sever delay issue to the Asian server today.
The server went down during the process of fixing the delay.
Really sorry about that!
Recovery is currently delayed due to abnormal behavior in the Asian server located in Hong Kong. So we are conducting a temporary maintenance from 10:30 to normalize the part!
We are doing our best, but we understand the situation, and there is a possibility that this will continue to be delayed until recovery.
We're sorry for players who are waiting for the end of the temporary maintenance !
We'd appreciate it if you could take a break from our game play some times!
I'm so sorry for taking your fun away!!
We are conducting a temporary maintenance to normalize this part!

Current Status
The cause of the game DB server's capacity problems has been identified, but it's taking a lot of time to expand that portion immediately. As soon as this ends quickly, we'll try to restore your Asian servers!
The development team is currently doing its best to solve this problem and will notify you of normalization as soon as the problem is solved!
We're sincerely sorry for the inconveniences.
Thank you very much.
