It's been a couple of weeks since launch and we've been quietly pushing fixes while watching you all build increasingly incredible things. Time to put it all in one place.
Patch Notes
Patch 1
Fixed settings not saving between sessions
Patch 2
Removed GPU crash tracking which was causing a slight performance dip for some players
Removed virtual shadow maps which we believe was behind the main light not working for some players
Patch 3
Fixed main light missing entirely for some players
Fixed wobbly camera when running at low FPS
If you were experiencing any of these issues and they're still not resolved after updating, please reach out to us at [email protected], we're still monitoring everything closely.
Community Spotlight
While we've been heads down on fixes, you've been heads down on building. Here are some of the things that have stopped us in our tracks recently:
We're still watching everything you share in the Steam Community Hub. Keep them coming, we love seeing what this community does with the game.
Don’t forget that uploading a screenshot of your builds in the Community Hub gets you the chance to win a Midnight Moments hoody. Our team will be picking our fave build from the screenshot section at the end of August. Full T&Cs here.
If you're enjoying Midnight Moments, a Steam review makes a huge difference for a team our size. It's the best way to help more players find us, and the best way to help us justify doing more with the game.
Happy building.
