Possible causes of the stuttering:
1. Some software may be interfering with the game
2. The system's software are not up to date
3. Video recording software is set to max quality rendering
Solutions (please only do this if you have stuttering)
1. Make sure you restart your computer after installing
2. update you drivers
3. Lower quality of your video recording software (I have this problem). Try to turn it off to see if it is the reason causing stuttering.
