Hi everyone, 😄
We are excited to introduce School Owner Simulator, a management simulation game where you take responsibility for building, managing, and growing your own school.
As the school owner and principal, you decide how the campus is designed, who joins the school, which subjects are taught, and how each school day is organized. Begin with a small school, improve its reputation, and gradually expand it into a busy educational environment filled with students and staff.
We are also happy to announce that the School Owner Simulator Demo is now available as part of Steam Next Fest! The Demo allows you to experience the basic gameplay loop with limited content while development of the full version continues.
So, here what you can find in this game:
1. Build and Design Your School
Create your school room by room using a grid-based building system.
Place floor tiles, walls, doors, furniture, and decorations to shape the campus based on your preferred layout. You can also create zones that determine how each area of the school will be used.
Some of the zone types include:
Classrooms
Yards
Corridors
Cafeterias
Toilets
Staff rooms
Each zone must meet its basic requirements before it can function properly. For example, a classroom needs student desks and the required furniture before it can be used for lessons.
As the school grows, you can continue expanding the campus and arranging its facilities to accommodate more students and staff.

2. Enroll Students and Hire Staff
Review available candidates and decide who should become part of your school.
Candidates come with different stats, giving you several factors to consider before accepting them. You can enroll students, hire teachers, and manage other staffs or people who are currently part of the school.
Teachers are responsible for teaching their assigned subjects, while other staffs can help in other field of their jobs like cafeteria or other rooms.
Enrolling students provides entry income, while hiring teachers adds daily salary expenses. Expanding the school therefore requires you to balance its growth with the funds available.

3. Create Your Own School Timetable
The timetable is at the center of each school day.
You can manually organize the daily schedule using several types of time slots:
Arrival
Lessons
Breaks
Going home
For each lesson, you can choose which subject will be taught, which classroom will be used, and which teacher will be assigned.
This gives you direct control over how the school operates instead of relying entirely on an automatically generated schedule. You can arrange the timetable based on the classrooms, teachers, and students currently available in your school.

4. Manage Subjects and Student Learning
Students can currently study five different subjects:
Mathematics
Biology
Chemistry
Physics
History
During lessons, students improve their knowledge of the assigned subject. How much they learn is influenced by the teacher’s skill in that subject and their teaching ability.
Choosing suitable teachers and preparing an effective timetable will help your students achieve better academic results.

5. Manage the School Economy
Running a school requires careful financial management.
Money can be earned by enrolling students, while expenses come from constructing the campus, purchasing furniture, and paying daily teacher salaries.
Growing too quickly may increase the school’s expenses, so you will need to consider the available funds before expanding the campus or hiring additional staff.
The financial results are calculated at the end of each school day, allowing you to review how the school is performing.

6. Review the Daily Report
When the school day ends, you will receive a Daily Report summarizing the results of the day.
The end-of-day process includes:
Academic results
Financial calculations
Teacher salary payments
Reputation changes
The Daily Report helps you understand the school’s current performance and what may need to be prepared or adjusted before beginning the next day.

7. Give Your School a Name
Choose a name for your school and begin building its identity.
You can then use the available building materials, furniture, and decorations to create a campus layout that matches your vision.
Whether you prefer a compact and efficient layout or a larger campus with multiple facilities, how the school develops is up to you.

Experience the Demo
The School Owner Simulator Demo allows you to experience the basic gameplay loop of building and managing your own school with limited content.
Please note that the Demo represents an early introduction to the game’s core systems. The full game remains in development, and its systems and content may continue to be refined.
Your reports, suggestions, and feedback are valuable to us and will help us understand which areas should be improved and prioritized as development continues.
Thank you for supporting School Owner Simulator. We hope you enjoy building and managing your first school!
See you at school! 😄
