Hello, my dear plungers!
Today we’re gonna make a proper mess and break some stuff, but of course I’ll be the one fixing it (the one from the game, mind you, not the real me). Those lads came up with even more emergencies for me to clean up - everything just keeps breaking, and then the clients come knocking at my door. Well, at least I get a few coins for every one of these emergencies.
I understand, of course, that not everyone has a specialist like yours truly at hand, so in this little diary I’ll explain how to deal with some of these problems.

Here we have a classic wall explosion.
What? You’ve never seen a wall explode under the pressure of water?
Well, in their little game, the water is extra powerful, so you can have some proper fireworks happening on your screen - just water fireworks, of course… because in real life it doesn’t always look quite this epic.

When a wall goes boom like this, you gotta get rid of all that wet drywall, quick-smart. Once you’ve got yourself a nice hole, measure it up and install a new little square of drywall. Then just slap on a few pieces of mesh tape, spread some joint compound here and there to join the patch with the rest of the wall, and you’re done.

The worst is when you just go to the sink to wash your hands, and suddenly the faucet handle snaps right off. Water starts pouring everywhere, and you’re just standing there with your arms crossed.

Don’t panic - first thing you gotta do is shut off the valves under the sink. Then disconnect the hoses, unscrew the faucet, and pull the whole thing out from above. Get yourself a nice, sturdy new faucet and install it the same way in reverse. Turn the water back on for a test, and it should be flowing like there’s no tomorrow.

Sometimes the faucet isn’t the only problem at the sink. Our siphon can get clogged too. In that case, you gotta unscrew the siphon from both ends and slowly take it out. Be careful though, because some water might come pouring out of the upper pipe! Now you can admire all the lovely dirt from inside the pipe in all its glory. Grab yourself some gloves and get all that nasty stuff out. Screw everything back together and there you go - job done!
See how much this plumbing life has taught me? No emergency can scare me anymore. And those lads who make the game can come up with another challenge whenever they want - I’ll show them even more.
Cheers!
