Quick structural fix to how Animal Husbandry buildings work.
- Changed: Animal Husbandry structures (Chicken Coop, Animal Pen, Horse Stable) are now unlocked via the Estate "Ranch" room tiers instead of being built inside the AH skill page.
- Changed: Estate room "Stable" renamed to "Ranch". Building the Ranch unlocks the Chicken Coop; upgrading to Tier 1 unlocks the Animal Pen; Tier 2 unlocks the Horse Stable.
- Changed: Horse Stable capacity now scales with its internal upgrade level (2 per level, up to 20 at Lv10) instead of being tied to the estate room tier.
- Changed: All three structures (Coop, Pen, Stable) can now be upgraded for capacity inside the AH page.
- Fixed: Existing saves with the old "Stable" estate room are automatically migrated to "Ranch".
