This release focuses on UX and visual polish for converters and the calculator display to improve readability and interaction across viewports.

Key changes:

- Selected converter amounts now display bold to make the active field clearer.

- Added thousands/grouping separators for converter values and meta lines for improved readability.

- Time converter "About equal to" now shows grouped unit values (years, weeks, days).

- New side-keypad layout lets the left value scale and fill available space on wide viewports.

- Left-display typography and vertical centering adjusted so large numbers stretch visually.

- Adaptive vertical spacing added between top and bottom converter values when extra space exists.

- Styled converter keypad actions (CE, Backspace) to match operator button backgrounds.

- Applied operator background color to the first two rows in Standard mode for consistency.

- Fixed bug where selecting a unit from a converter dropdown would change the active numeric field. It now only changes when the numeric value is clicked.

- About/version display is now dynamic and pulls the app version from package.json at runtime.
