Changes:
- Added automatic left hand mode for bow and arrow, lefties rejoice!
- Adjusted apple juggling physics to be more floaty and less punishing
- Added delay between apples in juggling mode
- Changed spectator camera to be off by default, press menu button to turn it on
- Increased haptic strength for object grabbing and bow draw
- Clarified controls description
