The Steam Summer Sale 2026 is currently underway (running from June 26 to July 10), but *Girlsnite* was unable to participate.

Although the game was released on June 2, it seems that a minimum of 30 days must have passed since release to be eligible for participation. I had hoped that since the 30-day mark would be reached during the sale period, it might be possible to join mid-event; however, the rules were strict—eligibility was determined at the start, and joining partway through was not permitted.

When I searched for whether or not to participate in the Summer Sale, the consensus was that it is a crucial event—with advice emphatically stating, "You absolutely must participate." However, there was also a prevailing view that if you do take part, you need to secure a solid number of wishlist additions first. *GirlsNight* currently has around 130 wishlists, but the advice I found suggested that this is too low, recommending instead that one should wait until reaching anywhere from 1,000 to tens of thousands of wishlists before joining the sale.

The next opportunity for us to participate will likely be the Autumn Sale in 2026.
While there are frequent sales, Steam’s genre-specific sales have strict criteria regarding game content, and there wasn't a single one that *Girlsnite*—as a TPS title—qualified for.

It is disappointing that we couldn't participate this time, but we plan to continue releasing updates and enriching the game's content.
