[Notice] August 7 (Fri) Notice on Sanctions for Abnormal Play

Hello.
This is Godius:EternalWar.

Thank you to all the users who always cherish and play Godius:EternalWar.

To create a fair and pleasant gaming environment, we have cracked down on and sanctioned accounts that engaged in abnormal play, such as using speed hacks and auto (macro) programs within the game.

So that all users can enjoy the game through legitimate efforts, we will continue to take strong action with a zero-tolerance policy against the use of illegal programs and abnormal play that destroys the balance of the game.

[Notice on Sanctions for Abnormal Players]

1. Sanction Date: ~ Until the morning of Friday, August 7, 2026
2. Reasons for Sanction and Subjects (Total 83 users)
   1) Use of illegal programs related to attack/magic/skill usage (Permanent Ban)
   2) Use of auto/macro programs (7-Day Ban)
   3) Use of auto/macro programs (30-Day Ban)

To protect personal information, a part of the character name has been masked (*).
(※ For 1-character nicknames, masking (*) is added after the initial consonant for clear identification and equity with other users.)

[Appeal Process Guide]

If you believe there is a misunderstanding regarding this sanction, please submit an appeal through our customer center.

1. Where to submit: Steam Customer Support Email ([email protected])
2. Submission Deadline: Within 15 days from the date of the sanction
3. Submission Format:
   1) Character Name
   2) Steam Profile Link (or SteamID64)
   3) Screenshot of Steam Account Ownership Proof (Required)

[Precautions When Appealing]

Please understand that detailed log records and internal detection data related to the discovery of illegal program use and abnormal play will not be provided directly to users to prevent security breaches and abuse evasion.

Due to the nature of the Steam platform, if proof of Steam account ownership for identity verification is omitted, the processing of the appeal may be delayed or restricted.

We will never tolerate any behavior that damages the precious play experience of innocent users.
