Update 1 (12/07/2016)
- Fixed occurences of a global leaderboard displaying as blank if you had not previously submitted a score to it
- Fixed occurences of global leaderboards displaying an incorrect range
- Key bindings for scrolling up/down leaderboard entries work correctly now
- Fixed an event whereby refreshing the friends leaderboard causes non-friends to appear in the list
- Reworked score caching system
