Bastions

Dragon packs now have Leaders. Dragon Leaders can capture Bastions.
The capture of the Bastion will take place during the time period set by the owner.
Guilds

Added "Guilds" information window. It is available to captains without a guild. The following information is available in the window:
- Guild name;
- Description of the guild;
- The number of members in the guild;
- The number of occupied territories;
- A button that enables you to write and send a telegram to the Guild Master.
