Starbase Early Access Update 23.05.2023 (EA BUILD 922)

This is mainly an engine update.

Patch Notes:

- Added 5-tube rocket launcher to the Ship Designer (SSC)
- Fixed a nasty bug that caused capital ships to get deleted in some cases
