When you start the game for the first time, a two-page comic walks you through the rules.
You begin with 100 Dopamine Jelly, place your bets, and collect Dopamine Stone when you hit — including the part that matters most: the jelly you bet never comes back, even when you win. How you ration a limited supply of jelly is the heart of this game, so that is where the guide starts.
