Added a new Tool Options tab in Settings for cleaner organisation
Moved brush and tool-related defaults/options into the new Tool Options tab
Added scroll wheel zoom sensitivity control in Program Options
Added slideshow transition length control in Program Options
Added an option to enable or disable slideshow fade transitions
Improved opening images from File View / Windows so they stay in Image View without flickering back
