Bug Fixes:
- Fixed gold nugget text (showed wrong values before)
- Fixed bug, when after pressing Esc and moving the mouse in the menu, while Gold Panning, the nuggets will fly off

- You cannot open/close tailgate of pickup when something is blocking it
- Vsync, SSAO, Bloom are Off by default
- Added Crosshair below the excavator and loader bucket to ease the digging and unloading the earth, you can turn this on/off in the game settings(Digging helper)
