Added an Exit Game button in Settings
Added a Toggle to all crafting - (Craft Bronze Bars...) - Will work in the background as long as you have resources for the craft. One per Character.
Made the Mining loop feel better on all mining / gathering starter professions. It should feel less jarring now. Delay has been removed
