Season 2 Core Gameplay: War of the Eight Princes
As the flagship feature of Season 2, War of the Eight Princes introduces a new seasonal competitive structure focused on resource management and Guild rivalry, emphasizing long-term strategic planning and territorial competition.
In this system, competition between Guilds extends far beyond individual battles. Resource control, stronghold placement, strategic operations, and alliance coordination will all play crucial roles in determining the outcome of the season.
Players can obtain the seasonal resource Violet Dawn Shells through multiple activities and invest them into Boundary Markers, generating Violet Dawn Essence over time. This Essence contributes directly to Season Guild Points, influencing Guild rankings and the overall seasonal landscape.
Meanwhile, three key strategic locations known as Prayer Pillars will appear on every map.
Boundary Markers deployed within Prayer Pillar regions gain significantly higher Violet Dawn Essence conversion efficiency, accelerating Guild Point generation. However, these high-value areas also become prime targets for rival Guilds, creating a constant balance between risk and reward.
As the season progresses, Guilds will continually compete over resource control, Boundary Marker management, and strategic objectives, driving the conflict forward until the true ruler emerges.
