A few more changes, fixes and improvements.
:ns_blue: Changes and improvements for the weather system.
:ns_blue: Improvements for the terrain, and the fence surrounding the map was removed to prepare for the map expansion that's coming.
:ns_blue: The interior of the cars was removed and a black window was added, it wasn't being used and it was making the game heavier.
:ns_blue: The option to deactivate the fog was removed.
:ns_blue: The option to deactivate the day/night cycle was also removed from the game.
:ns_blue: Some changes were made on the houses to make the game lighter, you may see a small lag the first time you approach it.
