🔧 Update v0.1.99 — Smart AI Economics, Dynamic Relations & Playtest Polish

Hello Commanders!

This major update introduces critical improvements to AI economic planning, a complete resolution of frozen diplomatic relationships, enhanced multiplayer synchronization stability, and various playtest fixes!

Here is what's new in v0.1.99:

📈 Smart AI Economics & Safety Floors

• Treasury Reserve Floor: AI nations are now much smarter about launching costly economic warfare actions. They will strictly gate these aggressive behaviors behind a treasury reserve floor, preventing them from bankrupting themselves or collapsing their own trade routes when under severe economic pressure.

• Live Economy Diagnostics: Added a real-time periodic economy diagnostics exporter to the DevConsole, fully localized across all 12 languages with perfect column alignments, so you can easily track global financial trends in detail.

🕊️ Major Diplomacy Polish & Bug Fixes

• Relations Lock-In Fixed: Resolved a critical bug where relations between countries could get permanently locked-in at -100 (hostility) and never decay or improve. Relationships are now fully dynamic and responsive over time.

• Game Load Fix: Resolved an issue where diplomatic standing target parameters occasionally failed to restore correctly when resuming a saved campaign.

• Interface Polish: Handled several minor playtest glitches in panel tab visibility and UI selection transitions.

📡 Multiplayer Desync Observatory & Hardening

• State Sync Protection: Enhanced our Lockstep multiplayer sync verification. The desync detection system has been hardened with optimized state hashes to prevent silent gameplay mismatches.

• Stability Fixes: Addressed multiple compile and test-environment edge cases around MultiplayerSession and on-destroy cleanups.
