🔧 Update v0.2.14 — Monthly Statistics Ledger, Smooth Expulsions & Construction Fixes
Hello Commanders!
This update introduces our new Monthly Secondary Stats Ledger. It also brings clean military expulsion rules, construction treasury protections, and camera edge panning improvements.
📊 Monthly Secondary Statistics Ledger
Auxiliary Stats Tracking: Added a dedicated ledger system to monitor your empire's secondary metrics month-over-month. Historical data is fully preserved and restored through save files.
Top-Bar Tooltip Integration: Hovering over the top-bar items in the HUD now displays detailed monthly statistics. This information is fully localized across all 13 languages, including Czech, German, Spanish, French, Japanese, Korean, Russian, Turkish, and Chinese.
⚔️ Military Expulsions & Tactical Targeting
Reliable Army Retreats: Resolved edge cases for forced-retreat transit permissions and peace deal expulsions. Defeated armies will now retreat cleanly across regions they have valid transit access to.
Tactical Target Resolution: Fixed targeting glitches to ensure nuclear missile strikes map accurately to their designated target countries and provinces.
🏗️ Construction & Treasury Protections
Building Completion Safety: Resolved a critical bug where completing multiple structural projects simultaneously could trigger an unexpected treasury drain. Completion costs are now correctly isolated and applied without overlap.
🖱️ Camera Panning & Tooltip Polish
Edge Panning Calibration: Refined edge panning boundary detection and directional settings. This ensures the camera continues to pan smoothly in the correct direction when the cursor hits window borders.
Tooltip Collision Resolution: Fixed visual collisions where overlapping tooltip boxes would block or layout-break each other.
⚡ Game Performance
Diagnostic Cleanup: Disabled heavy behind-the-scenes logging during unit movement phases. This substantially reduces CPU overhead during large military campaigns, lowering the memory footprint on lower-spec and low-RAM devices.
