New Content & Mechanics
- New Status Effect "Burn" : Added a new trigger-type item effect "Burning Weapon". Dealing damage has a chance to set enemies on fire for 5 seconds. The burn effect deals Damage over Time every 0.2 seconds, and this damage scales with the player's Elemental Damage bonus.
- New "Active Item" System : Introduced a brand new item category: Active Items. Active items have a dedicated, independent slot (limited to 1, picking up a new one replaces the old one) and do not count toward your passive item capacity limit. Players can charge the active item by killing a specific number of enemies. Once fully charged, press the Left Mouse Button to unleash its powerful effect.
- Undead Army Enhancement System : Added new composite attribute items specifically designed to buff the friendly units summoned by "Necromancy":
- Power Reinforcement : Proportionally increases the maximum health and attack damage of undead units simultaneously.
- Agility Reinforcement : Proportionally increases the movement speed and reduces the attack interval of undead units simultaneously.
- Other Enhancements : Added effects to increase the maximum population cap of the undead army, as well as their size (which also expands their attack range).
- Sub-Item Mechanics Update : Refactored the drop rules for Sub-Items (advanced items). Sub-items will never pollute the random pool before being unlocked. Once the prerequisite item is acquired, the sub-items are added to the pool. When obtained, they will now act as an independent series and occupy one of the 10 item capacity slots.
Balance Adjustments
- Elite Enemy EXP Adjustment : The experience drop rate for Elite enemies is now globally fixed at 3 times that of their normal counterparts, and is no longer affected by random enchantment configurations.
- Explosion Trigger Condition Changed : The Explosion effect now has a prerequisite. It will only have a chance to trigger when attacking a target that is currently afflicted by the "Burn" status.
Experience Optimization & Bug Fixes
- UI Interaction Fix : Fixed a critical conflict in the dialogue panel where navigating with both the mouse and keyboard simultaneously could cause the same option to be triggered twice.
- Blade Bounce Effect Fix : Fixed an issue where friendly undead units and enemies attacking each other only dealt numerical damage without triggering the spark (blade bounce) visual feedback effects.
- Audio System Refactor : Refactored the underlying audio playback mechanics. Fixed an issue where the pitch shift from picking up experience orbs accidentally polluted other global sound effects. Also introduced a homologous sound interruption mechanism to prevent audio clipping caused by excessive overlapping hit sounds during AoE attacks.
- Visual Optimization : The trail effect and arrow color of projectiles shot by friendly skeleton archers have been changed to gray to better distinguish them from enemy projectiles.
- Other Fixes : Fixed an issue where moving the mouse while the game was paused would cause the player character to teleport instantly upon unpausing.
