Minor Improvements

In this little patch we improved a little bit the Twitch integration by adding:

• A popup tutorial that shows, through screenshots, how to activate the integration. It appears when you enable it from the settings.
• A system for replying to twitch spectators commands so they have a better feedback, even when the live has a delay activated.

We also fixed minor issues within the game, for the full-version.
