Hi guys!
First of all, thank you so much to every one of you who wishlisted Scream Operator in the past few months since I announced the game. It means the world to me that something I've been creating in my little nerd-cave has been seen and appreciated by so many of you.
News about the demo!
Development is moving smoothly, and I'm approaching the completion of the demo that will be freely available to all of you during the Halloween period and the October Steam Next Fest coming up. This means you'll all be able to play the very first few shifts of Scream Operator in spooky season. But some of you might even get to experience the game this summer...!
Scream Operator is looking for playtesters
A small group of players is being brought in early to help stress-test the haunted house. If you want to be one of the first people ever to step into the control booth, this is your shot.
What's needed:
Players who'll actually dig into the systems (not just click through)
Honest feedback: what's confusing, what's broken, what's fun
A willingness to report bugs clearly (screenshots/clips help a ton)
How to sign up:
Join the Discord and head to the playtesting channel to register your interest. Spots are limited, so the sooner you jump in, the better your chances.
You can find the Scream Operator Discord server here.
Feel free to also join the Discord, or connect in any other way, even if you're not ready to commit to some playtesting. I'd love to meet all of you and hear all your ideas and dreams regarding your coming new job as a Scream Operator.
Talk to you very soon!
