Project development after Early Access release

After the game was released to the public, the development of the project continued with active updates and the gradual expansion of game systems.

From the very beginning, my goal was not just to maintain the game, but to continuously improve it based on player feedback. The community actively shared their suggestions, ideas, and criticism, and many of these suggestions directly influenced the development of the project.

Over time, the structure of the game has changed significantly.

Some systems have been redesigned, the balance has been adjusted, and individual game mechanics have been completely revised. This was because many players asked to change or improve certain gameplay elements.

Feedback from the community became an important part of the game's development and helped determine the direction of further development.

Events and community activity

Throughout development, I personally organized game events and activities for the players.

These events were held in order to maintain interest in the game between major updates and to make the game world more lively.

There were also regular sweepstakes and awards for players, where participants could receive various bonuses.

As part of these activities, players could receive unique contraband items and other in-game rewards.

Such events were a way to thank the community for supporting the project and participating in its development.

Constant updates

Since its release, the game has received a large number of updates, including:

• Gameplay improvements

• balance changes

• Performance optimization

• Visual improvements

• New game mechanics

Many of these changes were implemented at the request of the players, who actively shared their ideas and feedback.

It was thanks to this that the project gradually developed and became better with each update.

The next stage of the project development

As the game progressed, it became clear that the project needed a more stable and independent development structure for further growth.

Therefore, it was decided to create a new official project page, which will now be the main platform for the further development of the game.

In the following news, I will tell you more about the future plans for the development of the project.

The re-release of the game LIFE EFFECT Survival on this new developer's page is scheduled for the end of March 2026, the date has not yet been set, but the interval from March 18 to March 26, 2026 is known.

🎁 Bonus for players:

In honor of the launch of the new page, I have prepared a special bonus for the players. The PIN code of the contraband will be published on the page of the new version of the game.

By activating it in the game, you will receive:

✦ VIP status with bonuses

✦ A mercenary 's companion

✦ High - quality transport

✦ Good equipment, armor, weapons, drone, turret and consumables.

This bonus is available to all players.

ATTENTION: If you are playing an older version of LIFE EFFECT, saves are created by the game on your PC in the directory C:\\. If you purchase a new, re-released version of LIFE EFFECT Survival, you can continue your game progress: all items, all achievements, all upgrades will remain with you, as well as all contraband items and received codes.

Project development after the release of 14.02.2025 to 15.02.2026.

15.02.2026 New facilities and inventory sorting v.0.39

Greetings, dear survivors! In this update, I want to inform you about important modifications in the game. Below I will attach links to devlog No. 29 on this topic.

✅ Buttons have been added to the crafting menu, with which you can sort the crafting list by category. For example, if you are only interested in weapons, click the "Weapons" button, and only weapons will be displayed in crafting.

✅ Buttons have been added to the trading menu, with which you can sort the product list by category. For example, if you are only interested in ammunition, click the "Ammunition" button and only ammunition will be displayed in the store.

✅ In the crafting menu, recipes will now be highlighted in green if you have all the necessary ingredients in your inventory to create an item. This mechanic will allow you to quickly find or identify possible crafting items without checking the amount of required ingredients.

✅ A button has been added to the inventory menu that hides the sidebar to the left of the inventory.

✅ A button has been added to the panel on the left of the screen where the quests are displayed, with which you can quickly make the quest active without going to the quest menu.

✅ Sorting of items by several options has been added to the inventory. After selecting the sorting option, click the button with the circular arrows next to it: the sorting will be arranged in the inventory from top to bottom by slots. If you re-sort without changing anything, then the slots will change from bottom to top. For example, you have chosen to sort by item price: the first click will arrange the items in descending value, the second click will arrange the prices in ascending order.

10.02.2026 Smart Companions v.0.38

Greetings, dear friends! Several important changes will be available to you in this update. Below I will attach links to devlog No. 28 on this topic.

✅He made changes to the system of using spatial cases with alien technologies. The module allows you to move objects in an unknown space, which makes it possible to carry a case with objects inside it in the inventory. You can install only one case of a specific model at a location. If you click "install" the same case at a location where a case of this model is already installed, then the installed one will be moved to your inventory and a new one will be installed. Thus, you can now return the cases that you once had under the textures. If you install a case of a specific model in one location and a second case of the same model in another location, you will create a spatial bridge for moving objects. By putting items in it at one location, you can pick up these items at another location. The spatial bridge will allow you to create caches and replenish supplies from items that you have put in your briefcase in advance.

✅Improved the system of interaction of ammunition for weapons from the inventory. The selected ammunition rank for the weapon is also saved, even when exiting the game. If you have loaded blue cartridges (rank 3) into a weapon, for example, and you have run out of them, or you have removed them from your inventory, then when you pick up this weapon again, the system will automatically search for the desired caliber in the inventory, starting with the 1st rank of ammunition and ending with the 6th rank. The priority of the search is from the lowest rank to the highest to save good ammunition. If you hold this weapon in your hand at zero ammo and press "R" (reload), you will see a menu on the screen with a selection of all suitable ammunition for this weapon. Previously, the system prioritized 1 rank of cartridges in a weapon when changing to another weapon slot or simply putting it behind your back, even if you loaded a high rank of cartridges yourself.

✅In the companion menu, which is accessed by pressing the "H" button, a button has been added to teleport all companions in range to your character. In this menu, you can give action commands to your companions within the radius of interaction with them. To understand which of the companions falls within the range of the menu, there will be an icon above the companion's head: a red square. The approximate girth range is about 100 meters. I remind you that there is another menu on the right of the screen for managing companions on the location.

✅An indicator showing the use of the Essence of Life for a companion has been added to the personal information menu, as well as to the companion menu on the right of the screen. A round indicator next to the companion's name: red means that he does not have the Essence, and green means that it is installed. Thus, remotely and in active battles, we can determine which companion in the group has run out of Life Essence, and we can save it in time. Also, when pointing the center of the screen at a companion, his name is displayed. An icon of the Essence of Life has been added below the name, if it is active. If there is no Essence, the icon will not be displayed. In the same place, icons of active modules installed on the companion (Reinforcement) will be displayed in the future.

✅Companions can now use first-aid kits themselves, eat and drink. It is enough to put restorative items in their inventory. When the companion's parameters decrease to the minimum values and the corresponding icon appears above his head, he begins to search in his inventory for suitable items to restore these parameters. For example, if the health has decreased, the companion searches in his inventory for an item that has a health recovery parameter. It can be any item: a first-aid kit, meat, injections, stimulants, or monster body parts. Inventory is checked according to the slots of each row from left to right, so if you want to set the order of use of certain items, for example, from strong to weak, put strong items at the beginning of the row of companion inventory slots. Attention: You can check which items a companion can use. Open the companion menu (with its parameters) and then click the "Items" menu. All of your character's inventory items that will be displayed in this menu can be used by a companion.

1.02.2026 The ice is melting v.0.37

Greetings, dear friends! The New Year's Eve event is over. A raffle of contraband goods was held among the players who passed the event, sent a screenshot of the completed quest items and their nickname. The nicknames of the players were also immortalized in the game in the event menu. I continue to work on filling out the civilian sector and training mechanics in my personal shelter.

✅Improved the mechanics of interaction with cases and conversations with NPCs. Now, if you have opened the case/vault, passing NPCs or your companions will not knock down/close the vault window. The window will close only if you click "Close" or move away from it a few meters. It will also work when talking to an NPC. I think this upgrade will solve the problem of closing the menu.

✅Added a voiceover of the NPC Technique Instructor, you can meet him at the base of the Fortification.

✅The voice acting of the NPC "Head of the Laboratory" has been added, and his quest chain has been completed. You can meet him at the base of the fortification.

✅Added voice acting of the NPC "Workshop Boss" and 2 quests. The rest of the chain will be added when I complete the weapon upgrade mechanics.

✅A garbage recycling facility has been added to the base of the fortification. It is located next to the overpass for the improvement of cars. The installation has a timer, after which the destruction of all the objects that you put in it starts. In the upcoming updates, the installation will implement the issuance of an item with a random chance, which will depend on the number and value of recyclable items — an important item for crafting from recycled materials.

✅In the simple cases that you install on the location as storage, I have prescribed an additional code — this is protection against accidental selection of the case. Now, if there are items in such cases, you will not be able to pick it up in the inventory, and a message will appear on the screen. It used to be like this: if you pick up a briefcase, then all the items from it fall to the ground. The "Lock" icon in the storage menu was the protection against this, but not all players pay attention to it and use it. It turns out that there is a double protection now: a lock and a check for objects inside.

✅While continuing to optimize the code, I've redesigned the mechanics of using cases, tents, and other items that you set up in locations and that are stored in their positions. Visually, you won't see any differences, everything works the same way, but now, when you log into the game, these items will re-save their coordinates. Perhaps your cases will end up in the air 1-2 meters above the ground, and you need to re-install them on the ground. The new system should solve the problem that sometimes the cases fell into textures.

19.01.2026 The Ice Arena v.0.36

Greetings, dear friends! The moment has come to fight the villain Krampus in his icy domain. This update adds a fifth Snow Maiden, Snellina, whose quest will reward you with a magical item to activate the portal. In the Krampus ice Arena, you can collect enough points to trade for unique ice weapons. When you complete the arena and fight Krampus, you can enslave his soul: he will serve you as a companion. There is still a lot of time before the end of the New Year's event, and I plan to add some more interesting items to exchange for arena points and snowflake points from the elf NPC.

You can enter the ice arena only with empty inventory, without a single item. At the arena location you will find everything you need to fight. Think over your tactics, plan a profitable exchange of points for the killed enemies in the arena and strive for the final goal — to win!

Important information:

The weight of New Year's items has been edited.

Now, in the database of enemies and resources, when you hover over the icon of a possible loot, additional item characteristics will be displayed. For example, if you hover over an object that gives stats for protection, food, damage, and so on, this data will be displayed.

8.01.2026 Snow and ice v.0.35

Happy New Year 2026 friends. First of all, I want to remind you that this PIN code LE2026BOX is still available, in the contraband menu in the game you can activate it and receive a New Year's gift.

I wrote down another blog on the development of the game, in which I talked about important things, new mechanics and items, and also analyzed the New Year's event in detail.

Snellin's Snow Maiden and Krampus' location will be open on January 18. You will receive additional quests from Snellina, in the rewards of which she will give you her magic item for crafting the "Portal Activator".

From December 31 to January 8, I optimized the game's client, processed a mountain of textures, models and code, and eventually managed to reduce the size of the game by as much as 10 gigabytes. This means that the game will become more stable, it will load and run faster. This is not the final, there are still a lot of files, I will continue to optimize them, and I am sure the client of the game will please us with its quality. Next, I'll do optimization on the locations to increase FPS and reduce the load, and then players on weak PCs will enjoy adventures in the world of LIFE EFFECT even more.

Also, during this week, I fixed the problems and bugs that the players wrote about. Snellin's Snow Maiden and Krampus' location will be revealed in update 0.36. In the meantime, you have a great chance to acquire unique event items for the future, as there will be a lot of adventures and battles with titans and enemy groups ahead. Have a good game, friends. Once again, I wish you all a happy new year.

30.12.2025 Krampus Ice New Year's Eve Event v.0.34

Happy New Year 2026 to you dear friends. I wish you all the best and fulfillment of all your wishes. The New Year's Eve event has already been launched, and it will consist of two parts. The first part starts today, and the second in mid-January with continued adventures and new themed items. I want to make a gift, activate this PIN code LE2026BOX in the contraband menu in the game.

At the moment, there are about 100 New Year's items available to you, some of which are new weapons and auxiliary items for the character. NPCs Santa and 4 Snow Maiden with a total of 25 quests. The forest location has icy monster enemies and winter nature with snow. Please note that in the forest you can meet a dwarf with gifts who stole them from Santa, and shooting at him they can fall to the ground while he runs away.

A portal to Santa's world has been opened at the fortification location where you can get tasks, a Christmas tree, an elf and a snowman are placed that will delight you with content. I'll write down a blog number 27 and attach it to the news here, tell you and show you everything. Now a little bit about the important things in LIFE EFFECT.

Fixed a bug when closing the weapon change and reload buttons at the same time, the character stopped interacting with the weapon and sometimes his hand entered his body.

Next, I want to mention the girls who voiced the snow maiden:

Snegurka the Ice Floe is a nickname on RumyaniyKeks twitch, she also voiced the Halloween girl "Soul of Halloween". (+ about 5 NPCs that will be added to the game soon)

Snegurka Zimushka - nickname on twitch Lady Wesker (+ about 5 NPCs have already been added to the game and several will be added to the game soon)

Snegurka Snezhina is a nickname on smile_homa twitch (+ about 3 NPCs that will be added to the game soon)

If you still have any questions, go to the discord where players communicate on the game LIFE EFFECT, or write to the VK group and private messages. All the links are in the game and under each of my videos.

The world is shaking again…

But this time it was from the cold.

An ancient force is rising from the depths of frozen forests and forgotten lands.

Ice bound the earth, the sky darkened, and in the heart of the storm he awoke — Krampus, the lord of the ice arena.

The cold penetrates into every crevice, freezing all living things.

Ice monsters come out of the snow thickets, distorted by frost and darkness.

The north winds bring whispers of the missing — Santa's elves are captured and in need of rescue.

Only the bravest fighters will dare to enter the Icy Domain, go through the blizzards, stand in the Arena of Krampus and challenge the lord of the cold himself.

The task of the players is to complete the quests of Snow White and Santa, to free the captured elves by the servants of Krampus. Help Santa recover the stolen magical items and ice weapons. Create an activator for the portal to the arena of ice and defeat the lord of cold Krampus.

What awaits the players:

New enemies include ice monsters, frost creatures, and Krampus' minions.

The boss of the event is Krampus, the lord of the arena and the embodiment of winter terror.

Quests from Santa and Snow White Girls — rescue of elves, mopping up territories, secret tasks.

Exclusive rewards are available only during the event.

Unique rewards:

New Year's companions.

An ice weapon.

Snow cannons.

Special items from icy locations.

The darkness is gone…

But the cold is just beginning.

Are you ready to enter Krampus' Icy domain and prove that even winter can't break you?

Access from level 10 and 200 strengthening effects, running from December 30 to January 31, 2026.

19.12.2025 Performance enhancing drugs v.0.33

Greetings, dear friends. The New Year's Eve event is just around the corner, it's time to start preparing and preparing storage facilities for the themed loot. Work on the civilian sector continues, and I'm currently at the stage of populating the location with NPC characters, as well as new quests for them. Below I will describe the important points that everyone should know about. There are also many adjustments made to the game at the request of players and many bugs and flaws have been eliminated. With each update, the game is getting better and better, as can be seen from the feedback from players and their messages on the game's networks. Time flies fast, as well as the days behind it, so I wish you a good game, and I will continue to work on the game, and have a good time in the game LIFE EFFECT.

✅All cars have improved grip on the ground, by about 10-15%.

✅A 50-liter gasoline canister has been added, sold at a resource dealer.

✅Doping has been added to crafting to temporarily strengthen the character, increase health, stamina, weight, oxygen, regenerate health and stamina, increase the chance of luck to extract resources, loot items and experience.

28.11.2025 Gift Time v.0.32

Greetings, dear friends. The Halloween event is over. The list of players who have completely passed it and sent me their nicknames and screenshots are published in the game. Players from three events participate in a raffle for contraband prizes. I have already recorded three videos for three sweepstakes of three events, below I will attach links to YouTube, Rutub and VK video channels. When contacting me for awards, please write the name of the event in which you won, your number and nickname from the list, send these data to the same sources where you sent screenshots and your nickname at the end of the event quest. 25.11.2025 Halloween event completion

Hello dear friends and intrepid Life Effect raiders. On the 27th, the Halloween event will be completed and the list of winners for the drawing will be announced. The update will be released during the day (on the 27th). You will keep the points of the souls of the dead, as the arena in the kingdom of the dead will be available for exclusive access. All the event items and equipment you have acquired are now yours, in simple words, everything you have acquired in your inventory during the event is now yours to use. It's just that this question has been asked more than once about the subjects of the event. I will publish the sweepstakes for the past events in a few days. I continue to work on the civil sector and the preparation of New Year's events.

21.11.2025 The power of the spirit v.0.31

Greetings, dear friends. The Halloween event will be open for a few more days so that you can exchange Deathly Hallows equipment and weapons in the arena with the skeleton on the throne. In the next update, the event will be fully completed and I will summarize the final list of players who have completed it completely and sent me their nicknames and screenshots. The same players will participate in the raffle of contraband prizes. The "Kingdom of the Dead" location itself will be available for the game later, but with exclusive access, I will publish information on this point later, when I have everything ready. A little bit about the plans that I want to make before the new one, since the creation of the NG event is already underway in advance. First of all, I plan to have time to finish the civilian sector, the bar in it and quests with NPCs, then the NVG and thermal imagers on equipment and weapons, these are the important two major items that are in the first place on the list. The number of users of the game is growing, bug reports are being sent less frequently, which means that there are fewer and fewer bugs. Recently, messages from users have often been about questions about the game, suggestions and ideas, I want to say that the activity of communication has not decreased, as before, I respond to about a hundred messages a day every day. It makes me happy, and I'm also glad that you like the game, for which I thank you very much, and even more for supporting the game. Below I will describe a few important points that you should know about, and I wish you a good game, while I continue to work on developing and fixing problems and improving optimization.

✅A set of equipment and weapons has been added to the arena of the dead, which can be exchanged for soul points.

✅Added AK50 4.5 and 6 rank weapons, 4 rank can be purchased from a merchant, 5 rank is mined from titanium, 6 rank blueprints are mined from titanium.

✅Added MP5 SD 3.5 and 6 rank weapons, 3 rank can be purchased from a merchant, 5 rank is mined from titanium, 6 rank blueprints are mined from titanium.

✅Added the Desert Eagle "Guardian Angel" pistol of rank 6, blueprints are extracted from Titan.

✅Added the "Extra Life" item for the character, which instantly restores 100% health, food and water to the character upon your death. Carry it with you in your inventory, and in case of death, an additional life will automatically save your life without interrupting your actions.

12.11.2025 The Kingdom of the Dead v.0.30

Hello dear friends, the game LIFE EFFECT is in touch. I have news about the completion of the development of the "Kingdom of the Dead" location where you will fight the boss lord of darkness. In this update, the portal to the realm of the dead is open, it's time to fight the lord of darkness in the arena of the dead. To get into the kingdom, you need to completely unload and remove all your equipment so that there is not a single item in the inventory. Only your soul can move through the portal to the realm of the dead.

At the moment, the Halloween event is extended until November 20, and the Big Problems 2 event has been completed. I recorded and posted a new video devlog #26 (Devlog #26) on the update. In the coming days, I will record a video on two draws from the events, "The Raider's Way" and "Big Problems" in which I will play contraband items.

In the arena, you can exchange for "arena points" auxiliary items for passing the arena, the points themselves are not saved, and when you replenish them by killing enemies, these points are reset with each new entry into the arena. Next, the "soul points of the dead", these points are saved and accumulated, with which you can exchange exclusive items in the arena. All the items obtained in the kingdom of the dead will remain with you if you complete the test. If you die during the challenge, or exit the game, you lose everything, and points too. While you are farming the points of the souls of the dead, I will release an update in the next few days with the main items of the kingdom of the dead, these are "deathly hallows", you can exchange these items for points of the souls of the dead. Leave your comments on passing the test, under the news, under the video on my channel, in the discord or vk group. Have a nice game, and I continue to work on creating interesting things in the game.

6.11.2025 Important news events.

Greetings dear friends and fans of my game LIFE EFFECT. I have only good news. The "Kingdom of the Dead" location is currently being developed, where you will fight the boss, the lord of darkness. The work on the location was delayed, as always, I planned to do one thing, and suddenly I had ideas on how to make it even cooler in order to experience more fun of the game. I don't want to make it "easy", I want our adventures to leave a trail of memories, and moreover this location will not be a one-time one, it will continue to be used in the game. Therefore, I ask you to be understanding and wait a little bit before opening this location.

At the moment, the Halloween event is extended until November 15th, and I have scheduled the opening of the location for November 10th. Now you have even more time to collect themed loot events for further game play.

The "Big Problems 2" event has been completed, it will be unavailable after the update to version 0.30, and I will create a list of players for the draw.

I will hold the Raider's Path, Big Problems 2 raffle after I give you access to a new location, while you play and have fun, I will record both videos of the raffle and Devlog #26 (Devlog #26) for updating.

I'm in touch, on Discord, Telegram, and VK group. Thank you all for your support, you are the best, the world of LIFE EFFECT appreciates you very much.

28.10.2025 Halloween Event v.0.29

Hello, friends. With this update, the Halloween event starts, as well as the Big Problems 2 event is currently active, and the Raider's Path event ends with this update. The list of players for the "Raider's Path" has been formed, and within three days a draw will be held among these players who sent a screenshot of the completed event and their nickname. To participate in the "Halloween" and "Big Problems 2" events, use the terminal in the command room at the fortification base, or open your inventory and click on the side menu of the events, it will be highlighted for you. At the end of the event, please contact me in private messages in the VK group or in the discord.

The NPC "Soul of Halloween" has been added to the fortification, a number of quests and voice acting, after completing the chain you will receive unique companions. Next to the NPC, you will find a skeleton from which you can exchange themed event items, as well as receive gifts of darkness and generously replenish food, water and health.

I have a small gift for all players in honor of the event, activate this code Hj9gpgrFH2L8 in the contraband menu and receive a gift.

ATTENTION: the boss is the Lord of Darkness and his location will be opened on November 2, but I want to warn you right away if it takes more time to improve the location and the boss, then I will postpone the opening of the location to November 5.

important:

✅Work is underway to improve the location of the Mine, fix bugs and work mobs.

✅The contraband companions now have 3 pieces inserted at once. Essences of life, and even after death, when the chance to recover has been used (the companion has returned to your inventory for reuse), after spawning it again, it will immediately have three Essences of life, but without a chance to recover.

✅Work continues on optimizing the Forest and Fortification locations, and since the spawner shows the optimization points in the Mine well, I will soon transfer it to all locations to increase productivity, the first location will be the underground Fortification.

✅The "Big Problems 2" event has been extended until November 5th.

✅The Halloween event has been extended until November 9th.

I've done a lot since the last update and I continue to work on the game every day. Now I want to wish you a pleasant game and a good mood. I'm in touch!

PS - A little later I will record a video blog (Devlog #26 Life Effect) on this update and attach a link to the video here at the end of the news.

17.10.2025 Event, new location, and bosses v.0.28

Hello, friends. I am glad to report on the great work done, now I will describe the most important points, a lot has been done, every day the players write to me in all the networks of the project about bugs and suggestions. I try to solve questions and problems as quickly as possible, and respond to messages.

Now to the most interesting part, 2 events are starting now with this update. The "Big Problems 2" event is a new event that introduces you to the creatures of the underworld, and the second event is being re-launched, "The Raider's Path", which will introduce you to enemy groups. I want to please you in advance, from October 28 to November 4, the Halloween themed event starts, in which you can get yourself a unique Halloween-style mercenary and many other unique items, this can only be obtained at the Halloween event.

This update adds new enemies, bosses and Titans, as well as unique devices for the character, namely the "Health Regenerator", "Endcar disintegration catalyst", "Stasis generator" and "MGL-140 Grenade Launcher", now you will have even better control over the situation in raids and boss battles.

To participate in the "Big Problems 2" and "Raider's Path" events, use the terminal in the command room at the fortification base, or open your inventory and click on the side menu of the events, it will be highlighted for you.

Please note that the prize draw will be attended by players who complete these two events and apply for participation. At the end of the event, please contact me in private messages in the VK group or in the discord.

PS - At the new Mine location, I have placed a spawner system for enemies and objects, which optimizes and controls interaction with the player well. It is also used in the "Forest" location. In other caves and fortifications, I use the old spawner system. What I want to say is, we'll play in the mine, see how the spawner behaves underground in narrow spaces, and if everything goes well, as I think, then I'll implement it in other locations, which will significantly increase fps (frame rate). important:

✅A new Mine location has been opened, and there are now two entrances to this location in the forest. The first is directly into the Mine, and the second is through the "Cave of White Radiance". The event's quest will lead to this entrance.

✅The NPC "Vasya Kosoy" and the quest chain have been added, NPCs can be found at the Mine location

✅The full quest chain of the NPC "Head of the server room" has been added. You can meet him at the base of the fortification.

✅Added a complete quest chain of NPC "Andrey" voice acting. You can meet him at the base of the fortification.

✅2 new Titan bosses have been added to the Mine location and new monsters have been placed in this location.

✅The acid cave has been fixed, the navigation grid and walls have been fixed so that mobs and pets do not cling.

✅Added a new item "Health Regenerator" 2,3,4,5 rank, is installed on the ground and creates a circular zone, all allies, companions and the character will replenish their health every second. You can buy it from a medicine dealer.

✅Added a new item "Endcar disintegration catalyst" 2,3,4,5 rank, is installed on the ground and creates a circular zone, all enemies will take damage every second.

✅A new item "Stasis generator" 2,3,4,5 rank has been added, it is installed on the ground and creates a circular zone, all enemies receive deceleration in this zone, the operating time of the device, the radius of operation and the deceleration force depend on the rank of the device.

✅The MGL-140 Grenade Launcher has been added, Rank 3 can be purchased from a merchant, rank 5 can be obtained in the event, and Rank 6 can get crafting blueprints from the new titan boss.

✅Added "Ammunition for a 26.6 mm grenade launcher."

✅Added "Ammunition for a 40 mm grenade launcher."

✅I have improved the inventory scanning system for quest items, now scanning takes the required amount if you need to give these items in the quest.

✅The Z7 plasma drone and Plasma Zero controlled robot now ignore enemy defenses as well as the character's plasma weapons and plasma explosives.

✅Now, when you teleport a companion to yourself through the menu, it resets its target target so that it does not run from you to the enemy again.

✅Automatic kamikaze drones D100, J2, X5, D3 now turn on immediately when activated in the inventory, thereby saving time in combat. Example: The kamikaze drone is activated and it immediately turns on, and if there is an enemy in the detection zone, the drone starts immediately, flies or goes to the target.

✅The huge Cobark backpack now gives 150 health to the character instead of 50.

✅The XM56 and P1000 plasma weapons now shoot precisely at the target, as well as the RPG grenade launcher, before the projectiles flew slightly to the left of the sight.

✅XM56 and P1000 plasma weapons now deal damage to cocoons, growths, balloons and other enemy objects.

✅Fixed a bug where it was impossible to pick up a weapon if you pre-press the capture button 1,2 or 3 before equipping it (when the slot is empty).

✅Fixed a bug that caused some monsters to take damage and not die, which was often noticed on the monster Morvuh at the alien portal.

15.09.2025 Quests, cars, drones v.0.27

Hello, friends. I am glad to report on the great work done, now I will describe the most important points, a lot has been done, every day the players write to me in all the networks of the project about bugs and suggestions.

✅The experience gain system has been changed if you kill enemies with a car turret. Now the character and the car get the same experience as the companions.

✅The quest system has been completed, now if the NPC says that he needs items and you find them, these items will be removed from you, and if the NPC says find and bring and show or something like that, then the found items will remain with you. The item scanning button in the inventory now works according to the same system.

✅Now, for completing the entire quest chain for each NPC, you will be given a special item "Strengthening Aid Card", an exclusive Privilege access Card. It gives you the opportunity to get access to something or exchange for something. Since many players have already completed many quests, I have prepared an item that will reset all completed quests and you can complete them again and get a card. Enter this code "ZcLJTpqY73p5" in the contraband menu and you will receive an item, use it to erase the quest data. The code will be available until version 0.30 of the game.

✅Fixed errors with the widgets of the companion menu, improved the system of pointing the center of the screen.

✅Liquidators' howitzers can be detonated with any explosive with damage above 1000.

✅Plasma explosives and the G3 drone now, like plasma weapons, ignore enemy defenses and deal 100% damage.

✅Fixed an error in the stationary location scanners and the mobile location scanner.

✅Tags have been added to several quests, a Sidekick's quest to find a flamethrower, an Armor merchant's Quest to find his briefcase.

✅Fixed bugs with interacting with NPCs and interactive items and elevators.

✅The Tirg Liquidators' car is now regularly receiving damage from missiles.

✅Bosses and some elite enemies have increased damage.

✅New objects from the territory of the Liquidators have been added to the database of the enemy and resource scanner, namely: the RRS5 Minigun, the Apocalypse Rocket Launcher, and the X5R Turret.

✅All cars in the game have added power, traction and some speed.

✅All personal drones, turrets, and robots have been redesigned for a new system of interaction by aiming at the center of the screen.

✅All personal cars have been converted to a new system of interaction by pointing at the center of the screen. Refuel the cars and charge the turrets on the cars in the same way as before, only now we approach it from either side and aim at the center of the screen so that it stands out.

✅Added saving for tooltips, now information windows will be displayed once. To reset the saving of hints, you need to disable them in the game settings and re-enable them, then log back into the game.

✅A guided Z7 drone of the 6th rank has been added to the crafting.

✅The RX200 and RX100 mobile incubators have a 10% chance of hatching eggs.

5.09.2025 Mega improvements and upgrade v.0.0.26

The world of LIFE EFFECT welcomes you. I am pleased to report on the great work that has been done, which has solved many problems and improved the gameplay. This is not the end, there are still some points to be completed, but I left them for the next update, as it will take time, and I want you to play with these innovations already.

✅The character's interaction system with interactive objects has been almost completely redesigned. Now, to apply an action, for example: open a door, a chest, press a button, talk to an NPC, open a companion menu, and so on, you need to point the center of the screen at an object and it will light up. Now there won't be any problems like before that we couldn't open the chests when there are more chests or your pets nearby. The redesign of the interaction system made it possible to reduce the code, eliminate some bugs and improve optimization. It remains to implement the system in the mechanics of cars and personal equipment, drones, turrets and robots. Picking up items and quest items will remain the same in the sphere, since I think you will get tired of pointing the center of the screen at each item to pick it up, I think it will be easier to go up and press the usual F button to pick it up.

✅A button has been added to the quest menu to scan the inventory to find items required in quests. Launching the button scans your entire inventory and runs through the entire active list of quests, if the required items are found, a notification will appear on the screen.

✅The time spent by your corpse on the location has been increased, Survival difficulty is 60 minutes, Adventure difficulty is 30 minutes.

✅Fixed disabling the visibility of equipment, previously, if we disabled the visibility of weapons in the equipment menu, and at the same time picked up a weapon, and then put it behind our back, it became visible.

✅Accelerated weapon change by 30%

✅Fixed a bug where by closing the weapon switch buttons, it was possible to get two guns in your hand at once, and then the game crashed/hung up or the character started endlessly putting on and putting away weapons without stopping.

✅I have slightly changed the operation of the quick access slots (F1 - F10) when using weapons. I made sure that if there is no weapon in my hand, and press the F slot (for example, there is another gun in this slot), then he will simply replace the weapon on his back, and if the weapon was in his hand and press the F slot, then the character will put the weapon behind his back, replace it, and immediately pick it up, it should be convenient.

✅The "Attack Preparation" option has been added to the game settings. Disabled option: The character has a weapon in his hands and you use food, water, a first aid kit or other recovery items, then the character puts the weapon behind his back, uses this item and the weapon remains behind his back, you will need to press the button to pick up the right weapon again. If the parameter is enabled, then the character will return the weapon to his hands after using the item.

✅Fixed a bug where the character could stop aiming (pressing the right mouse button).

Now the ASH-12 MOD has 20 ammo in its magazine (it had 10), and the ASH-12 Bonecrusher has 30 ammo (it had 20).

✅Merchants have increased the amount of money to purchase items from you.

✅Fixed the error of calculating money for the sale of items from the jewelry category. If you sell through the inventory by right-clicking (without dragging the item into the merchant's window), then 30% is deducted from the cost as from the usual ones. Jewelry categories should be sold to the merchant at 100% of the cost as indicated in the information window if you click on the item icon.

✅Fixed the operation of stationary location scanners, which you can find at locations and launch it to get a map image.

✅The Black Widow mercenary has been promoted, now she is rank 5.

✅Automatic drones have been edited: FL2, J2, D100, S300, X5, RA700, G2, G3, G4, R1000 and D3. Now they will not be destroyed when the player dies, and the height of the flight behind the character has been edited.

✅The G4 drone will no longer fire missiles if your character is close to the enemy the drone is aiming at. The rocket's flight speed has been increased.

✅Fixed the interaction of RPG missile damage.

✅The LG09 robot's guided missile code has been improved.

✅Now all the equipment, namely drones, turrets, robots and so on, if it is destroyed, then when buying a new one there will always be full health, ammunition and battery.

21.08.2025 Map and mini map v.0.25

The world of LIFE EFFECT welcomes you. By popular request, players have created a map in the game, and a mini-map in the corner of the screen. The mechanics of map drawing remain in the game for those who wish to explore the world in a more sophisticated style. The map should be enabled by default in the game settings, but if for some reason it is disabled for players who are already playing the game, go to settings and enable it. In the game, the map is displayed by pressing the "M" button, if you have disabled the map in the game settings, then the "M" button will display the map for drawing. The map for the "Forest" location will already be available to you. Because according to the story, the group that flies to the island already has a map, but they have not been to the other locations, and you do not know them and you do not have data on the maps of other locations. Therefore, at each location you will have to find an installation from which the survivors receive location data for the map. The installation needs to be started and the map will be displayed. If you have not scanned the location with the installation, and you have found some important places on the location, the labels of these places will immediately be displayed and saved. An item has been added to the game, a mobile location scanning unit, you can buy it from an equipment dealer. Use it in your inventory to install it on a location, it communicates with the main installation remotely, and you can download the map data.

✅Added a map

✅The ability to disable the map, damage figures, and change the style of the mini-map has been added to the game settings.

✅The ability to disable the display of icons in the world has been added to the game settings.

✅Scanning grenades now give a buff for 60 seconds, which means that enemies and resources will be displayed on the map during this time.

✅The map will display markings of the entrances and exits of the location, or the location of important places if you have found them.

✅The quest label is displayed on the map. To do this, you need to make the quest active in the quest menu, and be at the location where this quest is to be performed, and if the label is set for this quest, it will appear on the map and in the world at the location.

✅Location scanning settings have been added to the locations, after which the location image will be available on the map and the mini-map. The forest location is already available, it has been scanned by satellite or drones.

✅An arms dealer has an increased chance of getting ammunition for vehicles, drones, turrets, and vehicles.

✅A 100% car battery has been added to the sale of the resource dealer, as well as an increased chance of gasoline, oil and battery on sale.

✅The navigation grid has been fixed in the Acid Cave, mobs and your companions might not walk and stop in some places.

✅Hacking cases have been added to the plasma cave on the territory of the plasma Bonfire.

✅The agra distance of enemy mobs has been edited if we attack from afar.

✅Added saving of loot generated from pets at the location. Previously, if we found loot from a pet and we didn't pick it up, then we went to another location, the loot was removed.

✅In the fortification's medical room, when using a free first-aid kit, health is now calculated based on the character's maximum health. Previously, random randomness gave from 10 to 100 health points.

✅Fixed a bug that made it impossible to throw grenades in the territory of a boss battle.

✅An item has been added to the game, a mobile location scanning unit, you can buy it from an equipment dealer.

✅On the difficulty of survival and adventure, the character's food and water consumption is reduced by half. DevLog № 23

Preliminary information about the events will be published in the game in the "Events" menu and in the VK group and discord channel.

8.03.2025 The first event v.0.12

This update has made some changes and most importantly new mechanics such as in-game events and companion menus for easy use in combat or travel. I also added new content and worked on optimization. Thanks to everyone who gets in touch and helps. EVENT Harsh times have come, and there is no time to relax, now every raider knows that danger can lurk from any corner. There are rumors that groups whose goals contradict the plans of the alliance are beginning their active activities in the "Forest region". The Liquidators, the Punishers, and the Dark Syndicate have not been as aggressive towards each other lately as they used to be, which means that the peaceful consolidation of the alliance may be under threat. The order of the steel Demon, to all raiders, mercenaries, military and civilians who are able to fight, who are ready to sacrifice their lives for the sake of the future of humanity at the right moment, is to give everyone an exclusive contract to eliminate the threat. Anyone who fulfills the deadly and bloody contract will be rewarded with valuable reinforcement reserves that cannot be obtained anywhere else. The event takes effect on March 8, collect equipment, stock up on ammunition, equipment, robots, and a fierce battle lies ahead. Your task is to complete a chain of tasks that will introduce you to enemy groups and an alien invader. Upon completion of the raid contract, the Fortification Command will reward you with rare items that can only be obtained at this event. All players who complete the mission before the end can apply to publish your nickname (name) inside the game in the "Events" menu forever. To do this, you will need to write to the developer in the discord of the game, or other social networks. Provide a screenshot of the completed quest and the items received. Hurry up to take the top ranks of the list of winners.
