Calling all players of Atomic Space Command - Join the #AtomicShowdown where we rally our spaceships and promote friendly competition between Atomic Overlords! We will have a Discord voice chat, award in-game items and developers playing alongside you.

The Rear Admirals have authorized a reward for playing on Saturday November 5th between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM Pacific Standard Time. Come in and play during that time window to get your free in-game item*! We understand that some players will be streaming live as well on Twitch and YouTube, which is cool for humans.
BlamingTim, TallPockets, and other developers will be joining you all in-game!

Atomic Space Command will have a hotfix release before the event with some small items of interest, including:
- LeBeouf update - The decorated veteran Atomic Commander is now in-game in all his muffin-topped glory!
- Game Lobby Update - You'll find more details in the game lobby, including correct info about player names, ship names, and ping rating
- Add AI ships to a game
- Lots of minor fixes for stability and networking
