Factory & manufacturing
Production now works the way you’d expect
Factories need workers to produce. An empty plant no longer runs at full capacity on its own.
Hiring workers increases output toward each factory’s max capacity (instead of sometimes lowering it).
Manager production targets are applied each week automatically — you don’t have to keep clicking “Adjust to target” for the sim to respect them.
Changing a target with a manager hired will auto-adjust headcount toward that target.
Clearer numbers
Console demand/supply and the manufacturing panel now distinguish actual output, estimated output, target, and max capacity — not just the capacity ceiling (e.g. 2200).
Dashboard console output shows produced vs max when you’re below capacity.
Staff management
Release manager and Lay off worker buttons added on the Hardware → Manufacturing panel.
Layoff confirmation when a factory has many workers on staff.
Existing saves
Saves loading this version get a one-time auto-staff on factories that had no workers, so mid-game runs shouldn’t suddenly drop to zero production.
Localization fixes
Golf club
Fixed raw translation keys showing in the UI (e.g. pass16.LandExpandNextStep on land expansion “Next Step”).
Fitness chain
Replaced placeholder “coding pull” style text on main fitness screens with proper player-facing copy.
German (Deutsch)
New and updated factory UI strings translated (formal Sie).
Factory action toasts (hire/fire manager & worker, pause/resume, build/rent, reassign, etc.) now appear in German when the game is set to Deutsch.
