- NPC ships will now shoot at each other.
- Added english fort island to map.
- You can now buy a letter of marque at forts. This will allow you to attack ships of other nations.
- Added one new achievement.
Changes
- Increased starting food of islands in Tutorial.
- New citizens will now only be added to islands if there is enough food and open jobs.
- Increased food value of Bread and Meat.
- Spaced out islands more.
- The production of an island can no longer fall below 20%.
Fixes
- Pirates no longer go to non-pirate shipyards to repair.
- Fixed sailing speed when sails are destroyed.
- Fixed how production rate is calculated.
