Fixed some geometry errors in the metro and Downtown

Fixed a bug where if you did a post Courtney questline money stream, never shut the game off, then started NG+ and got back to her first stream romance scene she would spawn without her dialogue component after the scene

Fixed an issue where the Courtney money stream would leave the player's UI up
