# Patch Notes: v2.0.0-beta.1146

Bug Fixes
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
- Renames now show on the Registry → Commander tab. The big commander header and all of Aldric/your-commander's quoted advice lines (priorities, risk reports, party suggestions, signing recs, contract warnings) now use your nickname.
- Watch Mode "All Recruits" now scouts unscouted academy prospects.
- Trade history shows the right adventurers after a trade.
- Retirement-role recommendations now favor class-thematic roles for max-skill adventurers. A saturated Warrior at their stat ceiling will route to Blacksmith over Treasurer when the class affinity favors it.
- Activate Celestial Alignment button now actually activates. The Observatory handler was gated on a flag that no Observatory tier ever set, so clicking the button silently bailed.
- Raid loot trophy names now combine the sponsor and the boss. Items from raids with both a sponsor faction and a real boss now read like "Military's Ironclad Amulet of the Ancient Dragon" rather than "Faction's Ironclad Amulet" (where "Faction" was a generic descriptor mistakenly captured as the boss name).
- Modals no longer trap players with off-screen buttons on smaller screens. A safety net catches modals that didn't author height handling, applying a scroll. Cinematic full-screen overlays opt out via an explicit class.
- Front Desk's ":zap: CO" kill switch now disables both auto-quest AND auto-contract.
- Training Log no longer shows empty timestamp rows after academy semesters/graduations.
- Recipe lock icons now show the actual blocker. When a recipe is gated on tower floor or guild tier (not just station/skill), the lock badge now surfaces the real reason and lists secondary blockers below the Craft button.
- Auto-renew default no longer silently rejects every renewal. A regression introduced in beta.1029 set the default budget cap to 1.00.
- Workshop Station completions now produce the same popup as building completions. Previously only a feed entry, easy to miss; popup matches building parity, with a "Workshop Station Built!" header.

Balance
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
- Expedition HQ T3 raids/year bumped from 8 to 10. Fully-developed players at War Room T3 + Expedition HQ T3 now have a baseline of 16 (up from 14), landing at a clean ≥20 once quality bonuses apply. Tutorial doc updated.

Quality of Life
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
- Hardware Acceleration toggle. New Display setting in Guild Settings to turn off Chromium hardware acceleration. Helps players seeing GPU compositor flicker on certain Intel iGPU + Windows 11 driver combinations. Restart required. NOTE: This fixes button flickers.
- Linux/Proton input lag fix. When Gargadusa runs through Proton/Wine, the engine now uses ANGLE's GL backend instead of D3D11/DXVK, eliminating the multi-second stall on first interaction.
- Trail Blazing indicator on quest cards. Quest cards with a region tag now show a ":mountain_snow: Trailblaze +50%" badge when Trail Blazing is available for that region, or "Trailblazed" (greyed) when already used this year. Only appears once Pathfinder's Lodge is built.
- Pre-scout role descriptions. The "Role" block (what scouts/chroniclers/etc. actually DO) now appears on unscouted recruit detail panels — no more spending scout time just to learn what a class type does.
- Pin materials in the portfolio. A :pushpin: button next to each material lets you keep a sold-out material visible at the top of the portfolio for ongoing price tracking.
- More sort options in the Training pickers (and the Academy Prospects picker). Both pickers gain Favorites-first, Newest, and Age-based sorting. Individual Training also gains Recently-Trained sort. Per-row :star: pin button on each.
- Per-adventurer Economy stats. Stats tab now shows Lifetime Wages, Training Cost, and Signing Bonus on both Cards and Dossier surfaces, with hover tooltips giving year-by-year wage breakdowns and per-event training/signing history.
- :label: On-the-Block icon on incoming poach offers. Both the Front Desk inbox letter and the Markets Panel offer card now show the trade-listed marker next to the target adventurer's name — no need to cross-check the Registry to see if you actually want to sell them.
- "Party members not for sale by default" toggle. A new Markets-settings opt-in protects current party members from rival poach offers and nemesis poach attempts. Marking an individual member :label: On the Block bypasses the protection per-adventurer.
