🛡️ IRON SIGHT – Early Access Is Almost Here
The battlefield is nearly ready.
We are excited to announce that IRON SIGHT will soon enter Early Access.
Development of the first playable version is almost complete, and we’re preparing to open the gates.
This Early Access build introduces core gameplay systems, multiple vehicle classes, achievements — and soon, player statistics and a leaderboard system will follow.
🎖️ New: Achievements Added
Achievements are now fully integrated.
More progression features, including detailed statistics and competitive leaderboards, are coming shortly after Early Access launch.
🚜 Vehicle Classes Available in Early Access
Each team features distinct roles designed around vision control, positioning and tactical decision-making.
🟥 Heavy Tanks
Each side fields one Heavy with unique characteristics.
Slower and less mobile
Strong frontal armor
High penetration power
Built for frontline engagements
Heavies dominate choke points and absorb damage, but poor positioning can still expose weak angles.
🟢 Light Tanks
Each team deploys two Light tanks.
Fast and highly mobile
Excellent view range
Ideal for reconnaissance and flanking
Weak armor
Low penetration
Lights excel at spotting enemies.
You earn spotting damage simply by detecting enemies.
If a teammate destroys a target you have spotted, you receive additional spotting rewards.
However, Lights are fragile — poor positioning will be punished immediately.
🟡 Tank Destroyers (TD)
Currently two Tank Destroyers are available (one per team).
Extremely slow
Long firing range
High penetration
Often referred to as "snipers"
TDs are devastating at distance but vulnerable when repositioning becomes necessary.
🔵 Artillery
Each team has one artillery vehicle.
Very high firing range
Lower penetration
Devastating direct-hit potential
Even with lower penetration values, artillery shells can be lethal due to the weak top armor of most tanks.
Different artillery styles exist:
Precision-focused guns
High-dispersion artillery
The Western rocket artillery sacrifices penetration for heavy spread and area pressure
🎯 Current Game Mode: Capture the Flag
The current battlefield mode features three capture points.
Control all three flags to generate victory points and secure the round.
Positioning, vision control and coordinated team movement are essential to win.
🗺️ What’s Next?
Additional maps are already in development and will be introduced after Early Access launch.
We will keep you updated as development continues.
⚔️ See first. Strike first. Survive.
