Greetings Lords of Rigel! The 1.10 update for July introduces Ironman mode. Enabled in advanced settings, Ironman mode games autosave each turn but quicksave and regular saves are disabled. Completing a game in Ironman mode unlocks the Ironman achievement. For those wanting the ultimate challenge, 1999 Mode is the achievement for completing an Ironman game on the Impossible difficulty.
Most players will also notice the updated voice performances. Each cutscene has been re-recorded and timing adjusted. The post-processing effects for the Rigelans and Arcturans have been reduced and deliveries adjusted to sound more natural.
