Life is really strange sometimes.
For more than ten years, we have worked on our second game and have never released a public Demo in that time. Last week, it was finally time to release the Demo!
Then, just three days after that, Steam announced the biggest changes to how Demos work in the existence of Steam. Demo's can now have their own Steam page, they can have user user reviews, they can appear in New Releases and, when you first release a Demo, you can now notify your wishlisters.
On one hand you could say this was incredibly unfortunate timing. We were just three days too early to make full use of all these features from the start but on the other hand, as luck has it, we are still *just* in the timeframe where we can notify our wishlisters.
Soo.. while we initially announced to take the Demo down again this week, given this unexpected situation, we won't just yet!
Instead, we published a Demo page and are notifying everyone who wishlisted the game.
Sooo hello! 👋 Nice to meet you all. The Tavern Keeper 🍻 Demo is here (for a little while longer).
Enjoy - we are super excited for you to give it a try!

PS: By the way: Thanks to everyone who left us a positive review, sent us messages or shared their experience! There is nothing that motivates us more to deliver you a great Early Access release in Q4, than seeing all the fun and joy you get out of the Demo already - and there is so much more to come!💚
