Tonight’s update focused on improving the feel and usability of online lobbies and replays in Kingsfall Chess.
Replay mode now includes a smoother visual restore effect when stepping backward through captures, helping replays feel more polished and cinematic.
Online lobby chat has also received several quality-of-life improvements:
• Keyboard-first chat support with no mouse required
• Improved controller focus behavior after sending messages
• Automatic scrolling to the newest chat messages
• Cleaner and easier-to-read chat presentation between players
• Additional fixes for lobby input and popup behavior
Lots of small UX improvements, but together they make the overall experience feel much smoother and more responsive.
