We are just a few days away from the newest Raiders of the Broken Planet update, taking the game to its V.07 version.
This update is focused on rebalancing some missions and characters to accommodate the new content we have released since the Wardog Fury campaign launched - Including new characters, weapons and Cards. V.07 also serves as a bridge to a major update we are working on, that will radically change the Raiders of the Broken Planet’s progression and economy system, and includes one big change that we will announce by the end of the week.
We expect V.07 to go live by the end of the week, once the First Party submission process has gone its way - we’ll announce it via all our social media channels. In the meantime, let’s have an in-depth look to the different tweaks and rebalancing included in the update.
The design team is happy with the new characters’ performance and how they have been integrated into the game’s ongoing ecosystem. However, we have detected significant differences on some missions: some are too easy to beat, while others have a very low victory rate. We've have analyzed where those defeats occur and moved difficulty spikes towards mission parts that are deeper or more interesting to play.
